Luggage & Pet Policy

1. Luggage space

Sedans typically accommodate 2 large bags or 3 medium bags. SUVs accommodate up to 4 large bags. Capacity depends on the exact model and on how many passengers travel.

• Tell us about heavy or extra luggage while booking so we can assign a suitable vehicle.
• If a roof carrier is needed, please inform support in advance.

2. Traveling with pets

• Please tell us at the time of booking that a pet will travel. Acceptance depends on vehicle and driver availability.
• Keep pets in a carrier or on a leash and carry bedding/towels. Any cleaning required after the trip may be charged at actuals.
• Service animals are welcome — please let us know in advance.

3. Items not allowed

Illegal or hazardous goods are not permitted in the vehicle. Commercial goods transport is not covered by passenger taxi bookings.
