Can I book a one-way taxi from the airport to another city?

Yes. Choose the airport as pickup and the city as drop. It is priced like a one-way drop taxi for the distance travelled.

Are airport parking or entry fees included?

They are extra if the airport charges them. Tolls on the route are also extra unless your quote says they are included.
